PGL Infrastructure Research
PGL has an ambitious long-term plan to provide advanced technologies
to its partner schools (See chart below). The local PGL universities already
have sophisticated elearning infrastructures that they share, when feasible, with their K-12 partners. An immediate goal is to provide
inexpensive access to broad band Internet as well as support for Internet-based videoconferencing. The
Digital Cities Project in Brazil is integrating PGL training and content into a city-wide network that
will provide free access to city services and educational opportunities.
