PGL universities are working with teachers in middle and high schools in the United States, Brazil and Mexico to develop online materials. The PGL approach to training involves local universities and clusters of K-12 schools that work together to design, develop, and implement online learning. Content is reusable, adaptable, and shared among the partner schools. A multimedia object oriented database is being developed to store and retrieve the content in the form of learning objects. Currently, PGL participants include:
